The Business Technology Management Association (BTMA) is the designated sole provider of official business cards for students of the Schulich undergraduate community. NOTE: When placing your order, please be sure to have your Lotus Notes ID and password on hand to authenticate. Once you have entered your information in the form, it will be saved as a draft. This allows you to place your order at a later time. Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be allowed to use the saved form for a new order.

There are two reasons why ordering your business cards from BTMA is the only way to go. Currently, only one printing company has been licensed to print cards with the official Schulich logo, and BTMA is your one and only connection to the Printer. Also important to consider is the fact that Schulich is going to great lengths to maintain a professional standing in the eyes of the business world. The current business card design is uniform for all BBA, iBBA, MBA, and IMBA students, and has been approved by administration.

3. What is the difference between heavy and light stock business cards?
Heavy stock cards are printed on a slightly thicker paper, with a different type of ink. Due to the printing process, the wait period starting after your order has been placed is 3 weeks. Light stock cards are normally available for pickup 2 weeks after you have placed your order.
4. When does the 2 to 3 weeks waiting period start?
You will receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks after your order is processed. You have two options in terms of payment: cash or PayPal. If your choice of payment is PayPal, your order will be process right after your payment is received. This is usually on the same day. If you choose to pay with cash, your order will be processed once a club executive has collected your payment. If you choose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail immediately after you finish completing the online form notifying you when our officer hours will be for that week.
5. Where do I pick up my order?
Once your cards arrived, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the times in which you can come to pick up your order, and the location.
6. Can I withdraw an order once it has been placed?
This policy has not changed from last year. In order to speed up the process so you may receive your business cards or name tags in the most time efficient manner, refunds will not be offered.
7. What happens if the information on the cards is incorrect?
Before you proceed to the payment screen, you will be shown the information entered as it would appear on the business card. We strongly urge you to double check all your information at this point, before you make your payment. It is your responsibility to make sure you are sending in the most updated and accurate information. Once the order is in, we will review your information to make sure it is free from errors and in the correct format. If there are any printing errors, they will be detected upon inspection when the order comes in. In such an event, the cards will be sent back for re-printing at no cost to you. You should expect to receive your new cards within 2 to 3 business days if you have ordered the light stock. For the heavy stock, the waiting period may stretch to 7 business days. Due to the currently employed procedures, it is very unlikely you will receive any business cards with printing errors on them. However, it is also your responsibility to physically inspect your order upon pickup. Do no hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
